ebay india team, please take note

I was the highest bidder on an sony erriccson T610 mobile phone placed on bid by the member zionunlimited under item #6398706094.The bidding for the said item ended today, i.e., on the 28th of may 2005. My bid was Rs 6300. However, the buyer got a bogus bidder to outbid me at the last moment. If you carefully look at the bid history, you will see that the bogus bidder, Pankajsood69 did not exist before 25th may and had not cast a single bid on the said item.
I'm reporting this because the ethos of ebay, which relies on genuine bidding is being tarnished by such unscrupulous and immoral elements.
Kindly take cognizance and appropriate action.

Dear Sapana,
Many thanks for writing back. My IE keeps giving me error messages everytime I use a link to communicate with ebay. I had no problems with the discussion board though!
I believe it is very important for you guys to give ebay india a personal touch by allowing members to email ebay at an address like asksapana@ebay.in or something close to it.
This will surely go a long way in making members feel cared for and attended to when they desperately need your help.
