i m sell mobile phone in ebay .in
paisapay id *** claim id 642837 seller name ***
i m ship the phone via bluedart courier way bill no.. *** 04/09/2014 item deliver by 09/04/2014 and buyer open a claim mobile phone not received delivered empty box.
ebay claim department the proof for seler and buyer
seller proof bluedart waybill copy, item delivery copy and bluedart invoice copy send this ebay claim department
buyer proof only empty box images and Declaration letter from Courier Company stating item was delivered to was empty...
buyer not send the proof on ebay claim department and not received call form ebay.....but ebay claim department is guilty for seller not buyer.
finally claim money return for buyer (buyer is (o) feedback's and seller (58) feedback and one negative feedback for this buyer.
i'm very disappointed for selling on ebay.in
worst my money........ pls any help for contact me......
any proof images attached this massages and ebay claim department massages..........
