i bought lcd on month of jan10 with x-mas offer along with it.
i have called customer care (toll free number) 50 times even placed a mail 50 times and had a live chat 50 times. they response back the same everytime saying we have forwarded your request to concern team and u will get the confirmation in max 72 hours. ITS BEEN 8 months and customer care is just repeating the same sentences.
its pathetic support system by ebay.in... shame shame shame.
