The worst part of doing a transaction in my life is thru ebay global easy buy. I had ordered for Blackberry 8310 GSM, but i have received the wrong item Blackberry 8330 CDMA. i had raised a claim on July 22nd. Ms Sameera was supposed to be the concerned. This is one month neither the issue was resolved nor the status. I called so called useless customer support team atleast 10 times(preeti, pragnya, nily, sameera, jessa,amar, kulsum, NEILOFER, etc). but no use. They calim ebay has unbeatable payment protection cell and customer friendly organisation. I feel its just for writing and publicity. TOTALLY USE LESS
