ebay has Bad design of "Discussion forum"

Discussion forums are very good feature of ebay. But its badly designed. Most of the time i dont understand where to find the last thread i replied, or my own posts or how to post a new discussion topic.
Following things can improve the usability/user experience of this ebay site.
1. Change the color of links from Black to blue on main "Community page".. Because black links dont tell you that one can click.
2. There should be a discussions as a menu in top navigation
3. Have a button "post new topic" on all pages of community.
4. Show my recent posts directly in a box on my community page...

These small things can improve the user friendliness of this site.
