I have ordered an item on 11th shiping date was till 15 . Till 17 there was no reply . when i contact the seller i was infomred by seller he has send to ebay and ebay has to send to me . next day i saw online in PaisaPay system generated refund as seller could not send . i called ebay support and was informed your order is cancelled because we are unable to send on time . so i reordered the product from anothe vendor which is now shipped . Bu ti still did not got refund of my previous PaisaPay . this is very bad service from ebay customer care . it took my lot of time contacting the customer support and wewnt through llot of horrifying mements . i want my money back and compensation for the delay. i have attached mail from seller who says its shipped from his end but ebay did not shipped to me
please help me get my refund back and for all the pain i went rhought calling ebay customer support for same
