ebay customer support is pathetic

got a faulty htc verizon phone on 3rd dec,on 4th filed a claim(69367) for refund or replacement but still did not get any response from claim adjustment department.inspite of calling customer care department thrice(spoke to puja,yogesh,one name i forgot) chat with chetan.all of them told me that in next one or two days i will get a call from claim adjustment department.are you really concerned with getting your commission from selling only or you really care about your companys image or customer.

IT IS REALLY PATHETIC TO PAY AND DON'T GET WHAT YOU NEED AND THE SELLER AND EBAY GIVES NO INTEREST OF CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL EBAY OVER PHONE MORE THAN 12 TIMES (IN INTERVALS) AND HAVE ALSO TRIED THROUGH CHAT WINDOWS AND HAVE SENT A MAIL BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NEVER FREE. ULTIMATELY THEY MAKE US FEEL LIKE A BEGGAR WAITING FOR CHARITIES. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

customer care team are really pathetic and don't know how to handel their customers. Purchased an item work Rs.180 and that was never delivered to me.. when i asked for a refund Customer Care did not resolved the issue .. i am trying to file a consumer case against these team.

I have purchased a dvd from Loot store from ebay but did not receive the item at all. It costed more Rs.2000 which is huge lumsum of money. I also requested the refund of money or get the item, but the customer support is very poor. If they failed to do anything, I file a case of fraudulence against the Loot store and Ebay. I am very much dissapointed with ebay as it was the site that trusted the most.

Ebay Customer Support number doesnt work at all. At 9 AM it says agents are busy and at 1 pm it says line is busy!Neither do they reply to emails or nor does chat work. On the top of it the seller for my transaction "mobilesstore" goes unlisted along with the item I bought. Looks like this is the last time I am using this website
