ebay claim administrator is not replying me.

I had paid for the article no 7516380452. But seller of USA actually not send or telling lies. I had claimed by dispute console. Claim administrator acknoledeged my complint. But he told that he will reply within 21 days. But yet not replied after 5 day past 21 days . Plese guide me.

Same is the case with mine too.The ebay team is not at all bothered about the complaints.They are celebrating with these types of fraud sellers.So the best way out is to become a fraud seller.
