I just wanted to share this with you as I have recently discover that ebay trust and safety is a copy paste expert team. They just see the subject line and copy paste the response to member without reading the content.
I had written a following mail to ebay.
The buyer for above given feedback seems to be fraud first he gave us a
injust feedback and later he sent the item back to us in damaged
condition. We called the buyer and informed him that we are sending the
item back as there is no manufacturing defect he started demanding 4Gb
memory card to remove the feedback and when we said we cannot give thats
against the business policy than he started abusing to us and ebay via
email. We have the copy of buyers's email . I request you to please
action and remove the feedback as I can produce the screen shot of email
copy.
On this is the below given reply. Which clearly says that they just read the subject and responded back.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the feedback that was left on your
feedback profile. My name is Tarik. I appreciate the opportunity to
assist you further with your concern.
We understand your concern in this situation and have reviewed the
feedback comment in question. Unfortunately, we found that the comment
that was left does not meet the requirements for removal as outlined in
our feedback removal policy found at:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/feedback-abuse-withdrawal.html
Ask your buyer to leave a positive follow up or else the buyer himself
write us a mail from his registered e-mail id for the removal of
feedback from your account.
Unless the feedback meets this policy, regrettably, we cannot remove it.
Due to the fact that there are few instances where we are able to remove
feedback, we try to encourage all members to use caution in posting
feedback. Unfortunately, good members can sometimes still end up
receiving feedback they feel is inappropriate or unfair. However, unless
the feedback meets the removal policy guidelines regrettably it cannot
be removed.
We wish that in cases such as yours we could bend the rules. However,
this is one area where we must be rather stringent. This is because of
the liability posed to us should we vary from this policy.

the page listed above. Hopefully, after doing so, you can see how our
hands are bound in this situation.
