some times , after winning a bid or , for buying an item,when I go for payment,I find a link for quoting "Gift Voucher" reference or "Special Discount" reference etc.However,I am unable to locate,any such special discount or Special Gift Vouchere Reference Nos./codes etc.,any where in e-bay site. Kindly guide, how I can successfully find out such special offeres by ebay and get benefit of such offers/ discounts etc. at the time of making payment for Buying on ebay site.
