this is called free headache reward by purchasing in eBay.
To my bad luck, I never purchased any item through eBay. But on 12th Jul , I ordered HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 Wifi All-in-One Color Printer from eBay site. It came on 15th Jul and the product is not working.
Guys, you cannnot believe, since then its revolving for various reasons. seller and eBay have a laughing at buyer asking for documents that HP technicians have given. They very well know how to pass the time, i think.
Finally, on 28th Jul, seller told eBay to refund.
Now, its the turn of eBay to delay it. Despite of I was sending messages to eBay, they do not have an inch of care to customer, they are further delaying it.
You guys have made on-line purchase a night mare with your defect product sent by your seller.
i dont think these messages does not matter them as their officer seems sleeping on feedback and process closure.
Have to settle this in some other way in consumer court. Probably that is what eBay is looking for.
