eBay please help me:( ! Too many problems but nobody to solved it! HELP ME

Dear eBay Team,

I am facing too many Problems and I am really very much upset with the level of
service I am getting.A seller at least need that all the things go in the proper
way then only he can focus on his selling.

The following are the problems faced by me and Its my
humble request to you,Please rectify the fault at the earliest, So that I can
get back to my works.

Problems:

1.) I am been charged Scheduled Listings
Fee for all the item which I Schedule but There is no Scheduled Listings
fee for Selling Manager/Store users.I am a Store user as well as Selling Manager
User.

The Scheduled listing should not be charge
in any of my listings,Please kindly rectify the technical Fault as soon as
possible.

The eBay item
number:300029929612,300027951686,300031269202,300031734728,300025927782
and many more are been charged schedule listing fee and I want to schedule more
listing but as it is been charge I am not able to do so.Please rectify the
mistake,So that I can schedule listing free of cost.

2.)When I see items (example: item
number 300031734728,300031269202 ) in my ebay section the gallery picture of the
item show as Green Camera( that indicate that No Gallery/gallery plus is
opted) but when I search the same item ,It shows with Gallery Plus
feature.Please rectify this technical fault as well.

3.) There is a Free Gallery Week promotion is
running:

"Starting
Monday, September 25, 2006 between 00:00:01 IST (12:00 AM plus one second) and
ending 23:59:59 IST on Friday, September 29, 2006 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds)."

But I am been unfairly
charge for each and every listing with Gallery the normal rate of
0.25/listings???

I meet all the criteria
but still I am been charge for every listings with Gallery feature,Can anyone
explain me this partial treatment???

Example:300031734728,300032076972,300025924535
and many more.

I can provide more information and details if needed
but I am really very upset that the charges which I am not suppose to pay is
also been charged to my account.

I I now want a quick action regarding the
above problems and also want to know the clarifications of eBay for such

partial treatment.
