eBay please RESTART UTI online payment service

UTI have a big market in India. Many customers use UTI bank iConnect service. I am also one of them. Online payment is a smooth transaction system for buyers and for sellers also.

Now a days i am afraid to buy anything on eBay. If i purchased some thing i think "who is going to drop box, couriar for dispatch the cheque". While online payment service is most convinient for us.
Please restart UTI service.

This is a major disadvantage for sellers also. Some of the Unpaid Items remain due to this reason. UTI Bank has a lot of customers. ---------------
