Recently I posted an unpaid item dispute as the buyer was a fraud and didnt respond. The buyer then gave me a NEGATIVE rating saying:--
"" i dont purchased above item becouse ihave not seen your massages used item havin ""
On contacting eBay, I was informed that there is nothing they can do.
eBay is a site where you can be in the wrong and yet give negative ratings and feedback to genuine members of good standing.
eBasy seems only interested in billing and dosent care to give any assistance or protection to its members.
I as a very old member of Baazee regret that eBay has taken over a good site and is proceeding to destroy its goodwill and professionalism very rapidly. If they carry on like this, they will lose genuine members and have to shut down and leave India.
