eBay failed to fulfill its written Commitment

Even after getting a written email confirmation my item did not show up in the daily deals section as a weekend deal.

This is totally unethical, unprofessional and is spoiling eBay's image.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I got a promo code for Rs. 150/- discount on minimum price of Rs. 155/-. But when i want to use this, it told that "The gift voucher B8FR4ZCLLU has expired or has met the maximum eligible redemptions. Please try another voucher or continue with your payment." This is my first account on ebay and till now i did not make any transaction. Thi promo code will be end on 7th October and i really want to use this promo code. So, please check it out about the problem.
