Not happy with the product at all (as per the case # mentioned above) The seller has not responded / not been cooperative. What are the options available to me, and does the eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program work - what do I have to do to expedite the process ...

go to the resolution center and open the case against your seller. as simple as that and your money get refunded or will be replaced.
