Hi I had purchased a samsung mobile from ebay.in on 27th November 2013. The seller had shipped the mobile on 30th November using Bluedart courier. When till 5th December i didn't received my courier, i contacted the courier company who have informed me that it was lost in transit. Now as per Ebay Guarantee i am suppose to get full refund since the product was never delivered to me. I have contacted the Ebay customer care 8 times but every time they tell me that they don't have update on the same. The website clearly tells the shipment has been misplaced but no one is ready to process the claim. Paisapay Id : 35086793945 Claim Id : 352261. Also i am attaching the screenshot as a proof. Please help me guys i have bought this mobile from hard earned money.

Seller would not reply to mail or wont pickup . Anyways got refund from Ebay after a follow up of 1 month.
