I have purchased a bag from ebay which is not as per specs so requested to refund. I received a call from your executive which was speaking in pre-decided manner that I am not correct and she is correct even she was not ready to listen me. just listen the our recordings ans specially her tone. I don't think that any customer care speak like this.
Your executive clearly told me that ebay is just mediator and not selling the products so customer needs to contact seller directly. I said item is not as per spec and she told me that this is school bag but this word has not been mentioned at all on product listing page.
Go to Product description page or see attachment, it has clearly written that it is "Ideal for Man and Women" which is wrong. They written that its 14 inch bag but its not. They have written that Gender is Kid which is incorrect. I would like to ask if Kids is a gender. as per all english dictionary Gender is Male/Female/etc not kids. In spite of al these false information your executive was forcing me to accept whatever she is saying. I was hoping that ebay guarantee has some meanings but now I understand that there is no meaning since she was also told me that there is no ebay guarantee kind of things only buyer needs to contact sellers directly and resolve matter.
BUT I WILL NOT LEAVE IT, I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF EBAY INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA LIKE FACEBOOK. Thanks
