Since 28th Nov, I have not got any replies from ebay team for my follow up emails.
60 days are already over!

Same Problem ....It has been 6 months, I Ordered a Blackberry Bold 9780 via PaisaPay id 29654506542 on 8/11/11 with a Voucher Code FREEDOMI02 i.e Free Panasonic Cordless KX TG3600, Still didn't get any gift from ebay's side....From that day i have limited myself on buying on ebay...I hope ebay authorities see this message

I have selected a republic day gift from ebay site on Feb6th. Now ONE MONTH is over and I still dint receive it. There is not even an option to track its status or contact somebody about its status. How loooong should i wait ebay? Help me please:_|

I received the free gift this evening. However, it would be better if eBay is follows guidelines set for itself and do not delay in dispatching the gifts to the customers. This saves everyones time and its responsibility of eBay also. Thanks.

Dear sir,
On October 18 , 2017 I ordered portable rechargeable fan product no. 5590. eBay debited the sum of Rs. 600 from my account. But till now I'm not received my order or money back. I called customer care number , they told me to conform my order. I tried it but I can't. So, please refund my money to my account.
