eBay Ads Standard?... Cheap?...

hi,

just browsing my ebay I came accross this ad which said, increase profits by selling on eBay, eBay stores initiative, first I thought that this was being done by eBay itself, later when I clicked on the add it redirected me to http://72.167.190.191/ebay/ebaystore/, here the page is nothing but a screenshot of ebay and a ad is placed there, nothing is working, because it is just an image, and the address is an ip address to hide the real domain, and make it feel like real ebay initiative.

Called spoofing, dunno what eBay thought while approving this ad.

More over the west and south mobile nos is not reachable so what's the point in calling ???
