I wanted to open a dispute for Item not received as desribed and I am trying since saturday. I am able to proceed upto the second stage, the continue button is inactive from that stage. What can I do in this case to open a dispute

We are glad to update you that the issue wherein you were unable to file/report an "Item significantly not as described (SNAD)" dispute has been resolved and you will now be able to successfully report the SNAD from dispute Console after 10 days have passed from the transaction date.

We understand that there may be occasions when you may face transaction problems with your seller. You can try to resolve this issue by communicating directly with your seller. See tips for communicating with your trading partner.
