Item significantly not as described (SNAD)" dispute has been resolved and you will now be able to successfully report the SNAD from dispute Console after 10 days have passed from the transaction date.
We understand that there may be occasions when you may face transaction problems with your seller. You can try to resolve this issue by communicating directly with your seller. See tips for
communicating with your trading partner.
