I recently ordered for 1tb hard disk & it was successfully dispatched by the seller also. But to my horror when i received it, the item was in shambles. The courier service told me that they have received it like that and if i want they will return it to the sender. The sender was informed about the same by me & he confirmed that he will send the new one. but three days have passed neither the seller has picked up the phone nor has he called back.
Donot worry donot confirm the item receipt and apply for a refund request.eBay Guarantee claim and also item not as described, call customer helpline they will help you, buyers have highly protected in eBay, you need not worry.
I just like to warn all the readers on this thread that never buy from : herbal-cureindia
These guys never ships on time and don't update you on the shipping status.
Also, if you leave a negative feedback, they have it removed somehow.
