However the First Flight courier service was very pathetic. I would rather recommend eBay, never to use First Flight courier services again. I tracked the courier instead of them tracking the delivery location and when I called to give me an input on the parcel, the First Flight people gave a very rude response. I had to go to the courier office to collect the item leaving my office work.

P.S: "PATHETIC" would be a very normal word to describe the 3rd class First Flight courier service.
