complaint on seller of ebay

to ebay,
hi i am the buyer of ebay i have recently purchased two items "Clip mp3 Player with micro SD card expandable slot " (280479103844) from ebay seller
ujjawal_telecom the two items were defective so i contacted him on phone and he want to send me the defective players by courier i did the same but from him no response since from two weeks and i have the proof of declaration about players recieved by him i have the proof courier numbers which i was sent to him

so please help me and give me the good value for buying on ebay and support the users of ebay and eliminate this type cheaters on ebay

what kind of a value you need please let me know because i don't know what you need as you have made this issue in community and want to get proved who is genuine we can discuss this very well

i request all the members to kindly have a look over the photos


now just tell me how you can justify this thing which i have already provided you as a proof

later on when you though that i am not the seller who can be easily cheated you just leave a negative feedback and start using abusive language is it well enough for you to be like this

yes he was showing nice proofs but they are ignoring one thing if the parcel has broken they should claim to the courier company or return back to them if the courier is broken i have complained them about the items which are defective but response from this nil and they are not attending my calls and detecting my calls by not receiving.

they are saying that they delivered the item in good condition but it was a lie and they are showing rash behaviour on me when i called them so i kept that negative feed back.

see mr iam not expecting any moon and sun iam expection only good value to my money here not the amount of money the value of money what ever it is if the money belongs to you the problem will be understood by you so dont coment like that

I don't know what you are trying to prove by these photos and how you are telling:

"now it is the proof i have delivered a parcel to you in best condition"

When in the photograph of the couriers sheet buyer has clearly written "Received item in broken condition due to faulty packing"

He has sent the fauly item back to you. Now it is your duty to refund money to buyer Otherwise eBay will refund money to buyer and it will be marked in your dossier as sellers non performance.

How do you you expect a buyer to give you positive feed back when he received a broken item?

It is not known how the seller got the negative feedback (as well as himself)removed from eBay.
