commit to pay button before payment page creates unecessary delay in completing the purchase

I was trying to buy a Belkin 36 cm Slim Backpack  (300930622651),

There was commit to buy button before payment page.

During payment there is error "total needs to recalculate- cantact seller".

Needs to send mail to seller and wait 2 days for getting reply from seller.

Waste of time, i would have gone for alternate seller or retry to purchase again?

if i purchase again how can i cancel the commited one.

Unneccessarily makes bad points on my ebay ID.

Tilldate i way happy with the ebay purchase process, but now it becomes complicated process if we decide to change the decision or stuck anywhere before payment page.

Commit to purchase button should come as a option before payment page. if it is a compulsary option then just imagine in this situation.
