I have pchasd on camera cost 3800/-. seller declared it wrongly. given as lens with 5700/-. indian customs opened items due to law value. I have penalized due to mistake in declaration by the seller about the price and item. fine is Rs 34000/-. I opened case 5058219983. I had forwarded the mail received from dhl saying the item is marked for penalty. I have certificate from indian customs stating that I have penalized due to mistake in declaration by the seller about the price and item. Ebay closed case with out contacting me. I have cheated. I lost money. please dont ever purchase from Ebay. .
