I had made a purchase of clothing product from a seller (tushardang). The product on the listing had MPR of 76 and the one that he shipped was 2 yrs old with MRP of 70.
I asked him to replace the product but he did not.Seller agreed that the product is manufactured in 2008 and has mrp of 70.
What is frustrating is that jury gave the hearing in favour of the seller showing a complete bias towards the seller.
Yes but at what price did you get it for, not more than MRP of the product then what's your issue. You got it for only Rs.45/-. Yes the manf date is an issue surely.
