dear sir,
22-10-2011 I sell a product to a buyer..
after received item he told me that item is defect but i'm 100% sure product not damaged.(buyer cheat me).
He does not confirmed my item and he claim via ebay guarantee..
16 days later when i am cheaking ebay guarantee claim page there are shown that status In Progress..

can any one help me how can i do???
