hi this ia prabhat098 i raised a claim against one of my product for which i provided confirmation receipt within the timeline ..i kept calling on e bay that i did'nt get any update.. and e bay keep saying mr blah blah is working on it he'll get back to you .. and after few days what i see is my claim is closed for reason -i did not provided receipt within the time line.. my claim no is 89447 and i still have confirmation receipt mail which i sent to e bay on 2nd of may in my sent folder, which is very much in timeline..but e bay is denying that they received any mail from me..i said check my mail .. i have proof that i sent confirmation receipt in my mail box.. e mail address was absolutely right either(insellerverification@ebay.com).. i just feel being CHEATED! because i do have a solid proof! in my mail sent folder.and there have to be some sort of rule to re open a case, if customer could not provide confirmation receipt within the timeline.because once it happens your customer is helpless from e bay,and bends totally on the mercy of seller,who could act in different ways.

Hi Prabhat098,

If its legible, can you copy paste your email here with the proper header information.

Possibly the mistake could be that you might had used the wrong email address.

This has happened with me too.

They simply deny and say as to why I asked for refund cancellation, which I did when one of their claim adjuster told me to do so.

I have send the proof of dispatch to them 4 times now, still they don't bother to reply back and then they say "why are you getting frustrated and WE UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM".... do "I" have a problem.

of course i can copy snap of my sent folder ..everything is mentioned there,date,time,email,
and i did not used wrong e mail address .. it is clearly mentioned in my first post if that e mail is wrong please let me know..
please tellme how can i attach a snap here ?
e bay is getting really ridiculous .. now in one of my another claim they are creating problem.. this is cheating!
i don't want their 130 rs for shipping.. to hell with that.. at least refund my amount... i am so gonna rid of e bay now!
