I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I GAVE A FRANK REPLY ABOUT WHEN I WAS CONTACTED THROUGH SURVEY.YOU RESPOND BY BARRING MY ACCOUNT .DOES THIS MEAN YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG AND THIS ALL A PROCEDURAL HASSLE?THEY ASK ME TO VERIFY MY PHONE NO BUT WHEN I CLICK THEY TELL ME THAT THE PHONE NO IS WRONG.I USE THE PHONE EVERYDAY AND GET CALLS EVERYDAY IN IT.IN THIS WORLD OF CHANGE HOW IS IT THAT I CANNOT CHANGE MY PHONE NO.PLEASE LOOK INTO IT
