Hi, I had claimed regarding this item (290611377392) which I had received and which was hopeless in the quality. I sent back the item and the seller has already put the item back for bidding, but I have not received my money still. Ebay has not even contacted me regarding this. Very bad service when it comes to refunding...really poor...
