bad experience with ebay

i dont trust e bay any more after three incidents of mistrust and felt cheated. ebay customer care too very casual as it did not effect them.Ebay is more supportive to its seller and their profits than buyers benefit and satisfactiom. Once the item is purchased or payment made Ebay washes off its responsibility about the buyer satisfaction and the serviceability of the item purchased.Most disgusting experience and even after contacting customer care enough support too not extended by the staff. They behaved as if they are there there to just answer phone calls cause they are getting payment or salary fort hat from the company rather than showing interest in solving the issue of the customer. I ADVISE BUYERS TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL IN MAKING A DEAL WITH EBAY. I FOUND NAAPTOL.COM MORE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AND GENUINE.
