The case is same with me. Last week I have purchased four items and I am unable to pay by credit card. i tried many times on different browsers and on different computer systems also. Every time i get the message "Your PaisaPay credit/debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select different method"
I contacted eBay 3 days ago and still not got a reply.

Yesterday after 2-3 attempts I could pay through my credit card.
