aorund 2 weeks ago a item purchase by the buyer..without insurance...we send the product asap.. which was lost by the courier...as we mention in terms and condition dialogue box that insurance is going to given on those product for which buyer pay it...but as a gesture we offer a buyer refund or product.. he wanted the product..so we agree and told him it will reach you asap... after 2 days he gave us negative rating..when we called him. He said he did not find the way to contact me..(he has my email)..still he said as soon he get the product he will withdraw the rating...product is received by him no response now and no withdraw... we write to ebay about it that is nothing wrong in our service..and on terms and condition ground please remove the negative rating..they just copy paste the link and said your rating does not meet the critria of removing...what the hell we have all the proof of email and all still we have to suffer..and ebay can't do anything about it..Y seller always have to suffer..Buyer did not bother for rating... ONlY seller do...but if you can;t help us then remove the terms and condition box...which you did not consider at all than what the hell of use of it...for putting charges you are 1 step ahead but for services and problem you people are 5 step backward
