Your customer care said that they have put the refund request on hold(CHAT RECORD I HAVE).
But, now still they not hold the refund request, and approved the refund.
This customer is trying to fraud us, by providing fake phone number and not replying to emails.
Please cover me under seller protection program, as i have all positive feedback.
