Wrong routing of Courier

I had booked one webcam through your Site from surat to shillong,its airway no. is SRT581003455. When tracking this i am finding it has reached upto kolkata but instead of sending it to guwahati and further shillong it has been sent to Mumbai.Kindly clarify
