I've ordered a LED TV from Ebay and I got a broken TV. I followed up with Seller on time, opened case with Ebay on time. However, the issue is still not resolved and it's a month since I placed order and 20th day since I opened the case with Ebay.
From last 10 days, everyday, every agent says "I have checked all the details and also escalated this case to our claims team, till todays day end you will definitely get a call from our side with all the updates regarding your claim."
This is what they answer every day. I've even dropped an e-mail to Mr. Anil Shenoy yesterday, however, he also doesn't seem to care about it.
I've paid a big amount for the TV and I am still waiting to either receive a TV or my money back.
This has been a horrible experience and Ebay customer support has earned the trophy of worst customer support ever.
I hope people realize that Ebay doesn't care about customer service at all once the customer has paid the money and All this Buyer protection are just scheme to lure the customers to trust all the scams.
