Worst Customer Service,Customer Response & Follow Up - I didn't expect from ebay

Totally fed up with ebay service & customer response.
No one ready to realize the customer's pain or understand the problem.
No one is taking any responsibility or ownership of customer's problem.
There is no proper response or care from ebay or ebay authorised seller.(Simply name shake, some one is calling,after that no follow up,action,or address the reported issue.
This is totally unacceptable from customer point of you.(Waste of time & energy from customer side).
We trusted with ebay and then place the order via online.I didn't expect this kind of worst service & response.
