Why Can't ebay have their Own transport ???

Hi, I have purchased two item from two different products through eBay [PaisaPay ID 29392290657 & PaisaPay ID 29024527387 ] and both the order results in refund. Seller shipped the product but am not able to reach. Even I tried to contact both the Seller and the shipping compnay but there is no proper response from the shipper. For the shipper named Trackon Courier not having a proper contact information. We always purchase through eBay with 100% faith on it but results in Refund after 2 weeks and money refunded only after 5 days. It really makes diappoint both the seller and the Buyer... Even i had escalted the same to eBay team to track and get my product on time, they just inform it will be escalted to seller else refund ?? Then what is the use in order through eBay ??

Ofcourse my money is still safety through PaisaPay but what about the other end ....!! as For a seller he is not getting the business & as For Buyer not getting the product as promised !!!!

WHY CANT eBay HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORT to make us Happy ???

I echo the same voice.
eBay is so proud to offer Paisapay protection to buyers so that Buyers buy with confidence and eBay make lots of money. Then why is eBay shy of providing their own shipping service. eBay only wants to take profits and dump all the pains to sellers. eBay does not care about our pain since they are making monies effortlessly.

There has been several occasions where my courier cannot deliver and I have no options but to refund the buyers. Also there has been occasion where courier company lost the consignment and I have to refund the buyer from my own pocket. Why eBay does not take up this onus? Seller does not offers the Buyer protection programme, eBay offers that so eBay should bear all the responsibility for the shipping, why should we bear it.

But it is of no use to write anything here, these things will never fall in deaf ears of eBay. Just see how they selectively reply to "some selected" posts in the forum. In fact they don't want to face anything since they are making profit effortlessly and pain is being transferred to sellers. And between eBay forgets that SELLERS ARE ALSO eBay CUSTOMERS!!!

May be we all need to unite and fight back against this injustice.
