Recently I have received one neutral feedback from one of the buyer who not paid for a product. Product sold before 10 days & after 8-10 days buyer left neutral.
Who will teach to such buyers about feedback system. Very casually they are giving rating to the seller. But they don't know how it affects to the seller. As eBay is just only want ratings. Really not fair policy of eBay.

Rating left by buyers whose payment is not received is removed by ebay. Contact Trust and Safety team with the screenshot of this transaction and the Neutral rating will be removed.
