Where is my User ID? eBay India has swallowed my ID

For the team of eBay India, merger of Bazee and eBay could be a happy news. But for me, it's something sad because I lost my user ID with the new name of Bazee.

I couldn't find my user ID 'viewfinder' from which I ordered for some items. Inversely, my old ID 'vipchambernirmal' is working now. (What a recovery!)

Could anyone solve this problem or shall I just leave eBay permanently?

No importance has been given to Indian users just bcos someone on EBAY was already using our ID our ID has been changed...........absolute crap.........i guess i shall stop using baazee

We are sorry that you lost your user Id 'viewfinder' in the migration of Baazee to eBay India. The reason for this is that your Id 'vipchambernirmal' was registered on eBay with the same email address. Hence, your accounts have got merged into one.

We understand your problem and we regret the fact that some of our users had their ids changed during the migration. Unfortunately, this was the only way by which we could have migrated all the users over to the new site.

However, If you wish, you can change you current id via My eBay>>>Personal Information

if your old Baazee id is held by you on ebay.com, then you can also request for an account merge. To know the detailed process of account merge, please visit:
