Whats happening with Community Court

Hello,

eBay community court is not working at all.

I have applied in community court for feedback removal on 23rd Feb. The buyer is not responding to it. So it should go to Jury voting automatically after 10 Days.

But even after 14 Days it is not going into voting and still shows waiting for buyer to respond.

There is another issue in which it gives a syntax error and gets stuck to one particular item.

I do not understand why ebay is not replying to the community. I Request the eBay pinks to please solve the issue and update the community about it.

As there is an error in comm court ebay has kept the cases on hold knowing well that if it proceeds to voting stage then jurors will not be able to vote on the case and we might lose the case, so what ebay has done is good that it has kept the cases on hold till this error is resolved.

Dear rajelectroniks,

You said that ebay has kept the cases on hold as there is some problem in community court.

So is this just a guesture from your side or you have some confirmation from ebay staff members.

Community court seems to work now, but the case is not going into jury decision and voting. I am getting worried.

Can someone from ebay please reply.

Yes. I'm also facing probelems in community court .
Ive filed a case and got reply from buyer. But I'm unable to enter my respond . Its showing errors every time.Please correct.........
