If consumer want to purchase any item by ebay.. It is consumer risk. Ebay only a mediator and will not take any responsibilities to purchase items by ebay.am i right? ebay have own policy and most of the time it is against of consumers and Most of the time ebay protect his seller and take much time for any claim. EBay is not a right platform to purchase anything. I was purchase a Bluetooth from ebay and it was faulty. After complain about the issue they told me it is under warranty and go to service center of that item they will not return or refund anything and they close the my complain. My claim id was 1072299. What should I do now Mr. Latif Nathani? it is very very irresponsible manner of work. Customers are getting wrong message.
