What is MC000 ebay listing cancelled - seller suspended

today i have receievd this notice and my all listing put down except one listing

they won't gaven the reason also for the same

can anyone senior please guide what is this stand for

today i got mail from ebay

i am not able to undertand , if after dealing with 700 - 800 people only 7 - 8 people give neutral
then ebay think we are bad dealer

and what about other 400 people who are saying you are best or very good seller for same products , some people wants to give 7 star
if you calculate neutral and negative both then it may be near 2 - 2.5 % disattisfaction and standard require 5 %
there are some sellers whose disattisfaction rate is 4 to 6 % ,

@amitava I agree with you fully moreover I feel that if DSR rankings are to be so important there should be some kind of body which can decide whether the DSR was justified or not . For example if buyer pays on Monday and receives item on wednesday and gives 1 for shipping time and 1 for shipping charge that is clear cut indication that either the buyer is malicious or in most cases he is not aware of the seriousness of DSR rating! In ebay india at least there is a community forum but in ebay international even that is non-existent. My only negative feedback is from a buyer from Brazil who was most unreasonable and whom I reported for threatening me with negative still he was able to give me negative. He also racially abused me saying
"India is a cow country"

But Indian buyer do not understand correctly. As a result, they cant leave correct DSR. You tell them. They dont believe. They think they understand.
Under the circumstances, we suffer. Indian communist province west Bengal banned English at school level for last 34 years. Somnath Chatterjee is the main architect of no-English campaign. This is a shame that NC Chatterjee fathered him. But that is okay because communists are like that.
What your Brazilian buyer meant is probably India has the largest number of cows. Use registered post in Brazil. It works just okay. I have no complain about my Brazil buyers.
I think eBay is going to penalize me for writing truth. Because the current trend in eBay India is blasphemy. That creates the problem. They pretend to preach sermon like God-men, and do harm to the selling community.
I understand, many Englishmen and Americans also dont understand English. They read something and understand something else. But they are not ashamed to admit that. This is only natural.
E bay must understand that high DSR is not Indian Standard. Real Indian Standard is a wee bit lower, say about 4.4 only, same as German Standard.

@amitava I could have sent registered post but then the post office people would not take it at all. Because according to them articles cannot be sent by registered post more so to the other corner of the earth. Assuming that I was able to send but the buyer was so rude and irascible that if he had not gotten it within one week he would have opened an item not received case. Moreover in my post office registered post is not trackable. So I just politely refunded him the money. Remeber the pen came in a large box and it was costing 70 dollars a very rare Parker pen now not on sale anywhere!
I can understand ebay's concern, they want to improve the system and trust for buyers that is alright even high DSR is alright but when we have small problems like the one you mentioned, problem with English comprehension there should be some kind of third party review for DSR just like community review forum. As of now Community Review Forum just takes care of negative feedbacks. I am very sure that if we make our anxiety known to ebay they will take some steps. I am full of hope !

EBAY should raise its standard by resolving buyers and sellers problem 1st by showing interest in the same. Even today when we recive a messege from ebay that a refund is initiated or aclaim is raised by a buyer, ebay usually call us on the last date.

EBAY should really raise its standard then it should ask sellers to get full 5 stars in DSR.

PEPSI have just created a soft drink and now just reeping the profits aven after so many years without offering new products. New products which they offered was not upto the mark. Silimar issue with EBAY. these guys have created a platform but dont bother to seller and buyer complains.

After having so many years experience in online shopping ebay is still looking under its shoulders when asked for courior tieups and some board which can make some guidelines to avoid buyers cheat.

Hi sellers! I have the same problem. My account was restricted indefenitly because of links to my sister's account (yes we use the same computer) There was 4,5 for shipping rates. So I didn't understand why me too - I am another person and I am not responsible for somebody instead of me! It is also my only income. I haven't recieve reply from eBay a week. Customer support is not interesting to me in this case they just say standart things. But I am calling them 2 times daily and I will do it up to that time when I will be restored. Please, let's do it together! Let's make them crazy about these restrictions! Thank You!!!
