Hi,
I would like ebay to clarify that if I list a product say with international listing with border and subtitle, which would cost me around 22 per item, and the buyer who buys it does not pay up. i understand ebay will retun Final Value Fees but what about the listing fees.

Hi,
Whether anyone bids or not you will not get back the listing fees.
In case there are more than one bidder then you can make a second chance offer to the 2nd highest bidder, if the amount is ok for you. Normally in International scenario more buyers pay than in India. .
Best Regards 😄

Dear Indconcepts,
My point is that due to a fake buyer buying the product, we sellers loose all the listing fee. I would like all sellers to unite and insist that ebay should return all the listing fees along with FVF if the item is not paid.
Consider this. You list a product with international listing, subtitle and border and your listing fees is Rs. 22 for this item. I see your product which is listed hardly one hour ago and I buy it. Your product does not get exposure to many buyers because I bought it and then finally I don't pay up. I loose nothing buy you loose your listing fees of RS. 22 for this item. And remember it is only one item. Imagine how much money you loose due to these fake buyers.

I think there is a ebay rule wherein if you relist a product for which you have previously filed FVF you wont be enhancement fees for the second time .. will cross check and getback ..

If your listing ends without a winning buyer or results in an Unpaid Item (UPI), you may qualify for a credit by relisting the item.
This offer only applies to the Insertion Fee and not other fees for options such as Bold, Highlight, etc. After your relisted item is sold, you will be charged the applicable Final Value Fee.
Note: You must use the official Relist feature in order to receive the Insertion Fee credit. Copying and pasting the content of the original listing into a brand new listing, for example, will not enable eBay to track that you are relisting the item and will prevent you from receiving the credit.
You never have to send a request to receive an Insertion Fee credit. eBay automatically issues the credit to your account as long as your listing meets the requirements below. Once your item sells, the credit is posted to your account.

Now if ebay can confirm what does the INSERTION FEES refer to on ebay.in. Are intertional listings covered under this?? .

Hi,
I have some questions :
1)Does ebay charge its fee on shipping cost also?
2)If no, then how would it be calculated if I offer free shipping?(however, already included in item price)
Thanks
