What about items which are not allowed to list in ebay.in?

So far my concern the following listings(Short alike Name) are banned by ebay.co.uk:

1. Ab Slimmer or any Vibrating AB Belt
2. Vibrating Hair Brush
3. Back Pain remover belt(Magnetic)
4. Security Camera
5. Butterfly Massager

As per ebay these are breached eBay's Medical and Prescription Items policy.

Now my question - Is this policy strictly applicable to globally all ebay sites or these are allowed in some ebay site locally?

I have seen all this types of items almost all ebay sites allover the world even in ebay.co.uk, ebay USA and ebay.in

All this types of items were hot selling items in baazee.com with no policy violation either from baazee or from Govt. of India.

Now when it goes to America all these became illegal for India site but legal for All other sites.

"IS THIS BREACHING ONLY FOR INDIA?"

I gets confused about ebay policy. These are banned but found in all ebay sites. What is this?

Hello skyshopindia,
As you have rightly pointed there are set of policies that are specific to a particular site. These policies are in line with the prevailing Regulatory and Government directive.

You must agree with me on the same after recent news paper reports on the mentioned topic. I am constrained to discuss the same at this forum. I wish to clarify the same personally at some point.
