Dear eBay,
You either not given proper training to executives or may be your executives are DUMB. Check the above claim ID for which buyer paid on 18th Dec On same day product dispatched. Today is 19th and shipment is under transit. Its not yet delivered to the buyer. Buyer filed case as "item is not as expected" under eGuarantee.
Buyer not yet received product then how buyer come to know that item is not as expected? How that executive registered his claim? eBay not have any Quality Analyst to give feedback to the executives on there mistakes?
Please pay attention its serious matter. As due to wrong claim they are creating trouble to sellers.
