I have purchased Xiaomi power bank 20800 mah with Ebay on 9th april 15,n they hv delivered a fake product,when I called to customer care for cancellation of order they Asked me to wait for 5 days,my claim id is 954006,without any information they have cancelled my refund request.When I called customer care ,they asked to contact seller & Courrier the product back to seller through blue dart POD no:14424890093,which has costed me Rs 450,I hav mailed them POD no of Courrier but still there is no response.
I am telling everyone to not to go with Ebay henceforth
