I had placed an order on eBay considering its reputation in the market. Knowing that eBay being one of the great website for online shopping, i decided to shop on your website. Its disappointing to know that eBay fails to help me when required. i had placed an order yesterday on eBay, i updated my address and phone number and paid the bill. i got a confirmation mail within 5 mins saying that the order will be shipped soon. the address mentioned in the confirmation mail was still my old address. now when I am calling eBay for help, its asking me to call the sellers and sellers tell me to call eBay. When i ask to cancel my order, it says the payment is done already and they would not refund. Its highly disappointing having the worst experience for a bad customer service from your end. In addition your customer service employee blames us for not placing an order correctly. this is to bring to your notice that we have placed an order many times and have never faced any problems. we have enough maturity and are literate enough to place an order correctly, pay properly and update the address appropriately as well. this is the first time i placed an order on eBay and I am having the worst experience so far. i blame the hype created by eBay in the market that made me shop on eBay. If even after knowing the actual story, eBay is not going to get ready to help its customer, then i am forced to never suggest eBay to anybody in my circle plus never shop on eBay. If possible, please help me out in changing the address for the delivery of my products and bother changing my opinion about eBay.
