WHAT TO DO IF A SELLER IS NOT RESPONDING

I purchase teo items vide no 250468016338 from seller aakashgsm and 250463222097 from the same seller.For both products I made payments very promptly and also promptly reported the items when received now I found some serious defects in accessories.I am in contact with seller but he is not responding.Now I am having a filling I am cheated on ebay.Please help me

The seller is currently not selling on site, and from the negatives he has got it looks like he had had servicing issues with more than one buyer.

You are doing the right thing by filling for buyer proteciton. Hopefully, you wil soon get a resolution to your satisfaction.

I am trapped in a deal as I bought a dualsim i9+++ phone (ebay item 150360888069). The seller was too dull on responding my complaints. He phoned me up only after I submitted negativev feedback. He pleaded very politely to remove the negative feedback and was virtually crying for the lose he would suffer because of the negative feedback. He promised me to solve all problems. I believed him and done everything to get the negative feedback removed.

Now he is not arranging to pick up the mobile from me for replacement. I am afraid; if i send the phone back; even this would go out of my hands.

Whats the remady for such a situation ?

Dear Sir(s), already I have rote you that won abouve item on 12/08/09 10:39 PM and I recieved email fro ebay that I am a highest bidder. but I wrote you that pls. give me sellers address and also tell me total amount but no body respond me even ebay also did not write me any respon that wether the buyer is genuene or ....... at least should tell me some thing about it.
